AA Hockey
Our AA Hockey program is designed for players looking for a competitive environment without the full-time commitment of AAA hockey. This level is ideal for athletes who want strong development, structured practices, and meaningful game competition—while still balancing school, other sports, and family life.
Expectations
AA Hockey requires commitment, effort, and a willingness to grow as a player and teammate. This program is best suited for athletes who are motivated, coachable, and eager to compete at a higher level.
What to expect:
- 3 days per week commitment (combination of practices and games)
- Structured, high-tempo practices focused on skill development and hockey IQ
- League play and tournaments appropriate to the AA level
- Emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship
- A positive, challenging environment that supports long-term player growth
Players are expected to come prepared, give consistent effort, and represent Frost Valley with pride both on and off the ice.
